- Support fieldwork including soil sampling, drilling, and site investigations
- Assist in geotechnical analyses and engineering calculations under the guidance of senior engineers
- Prepare technical reports with recommendations on foundations, slope stability, and soil improvements
- Interpret geotechnical laboratory test results and assist with quality assurance
- Aid in the development of design documents, specifications, and cost estimates
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Maintain communication with clients and project stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
- Stay current with industry standards, codes, and technologies relevant to your discipline
- Commit to progressing toward PE licensure through hands-on work and ongoing education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geologic Engineering, with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
- Strong desire and active intent to pursue Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation
- Willingness to travel for site investigations and field assignments
- Familiarity with geotechnical software is a plus
